At 160 + years old, this variety is still growing strong and out blooms many of its much younger modern siblings. This double lactiflora type, first opens creamy white turning pure white as the fully double flower matures. As a nice bonus to top it off, It has one of the sweetest fragrance within the peony family. Will grow up to 3-4 ft tall.
